XBOTS Limited (“XBOTS”) is dedicated to advancing AI solutions to automate business operations and enhance customer interactions. Founded in May 2024, XBOTS provides subscription-based AI services accessible via the internet, leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
BETA Program Highlights
Exclusive Invitation: Enrollment is by invitation only.
Discounted Subscription: Participants receive a discounted rate of $99 per month for 12 months.
Free Setup: A one-time AI knowledge base setup, valued at $499, is included.
BETA Program Terms
Renewal: Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Confirmation is required 14 days before the end of the 12-month period.
Cancellation: Requires a 28-day notice before the desired date.
Intellectual Property: All feedback and suggestions become XBOTS property.
Confidentiality: Participants must not disclose program details.
Limited Support: Support is provided but not guaranteed during the BETA phase.
Usage Limits: Set limits based on requirements; exceeding limits may incur fees.
General Subscription Terms
User Rights: Subscriptions are non-transferable and for internal business use only.
Prohibited Use: Services must not be used for unlawful or harmful activities.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure security and notify XBOTS of any unauthorized access.
Service Availability: XBOTS aims for 24/7 availability, except during maintenance.
Data Protection: XBOTS complies with all applicable data protection laws.
Third-Party Services: XBOTS is not liable for third-party services accessed through the platform.
Liability: XBOTS’ liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information.
Termination: XBOTS may terminate subscriptions for breaches of these terms.
